Dear Society Organisers,
Hopefully most of the bad weather is now behind us and we can all start
planning our 2010 golfing diaries.
If you haven’t booked all your society days yet for 2010, I would be pleased to hear
from you. We have a variety of packages at very competitive prices and you are
always assured of a warm welcome, super golf course and top class food. We have
also added a 10 bay fully covered and lit driving bay at the club over the winter,
which is absolutely great.
I work Monday—Friday between 8.45am & 4.30pm and will be pleased to hear from
you and welcome you to Cosby.
• Anyone booking a society will receive 2 Fore 1 Vouchers to return during
2010.
The prices for this year are:- (all including insurance)
18 holes of golf £28.50
18 holes of golf and a light lunch, say gammon, egg & chips £35
18 holes of golf and a 2 course meal & coffee £38
27 or 36 holes of golf and a soup & sandwich lunch £ 41
27 or 36 holes of golf and a gammon lunch £42
27 or 36 holes of golf with full food package (as per brochure) £49
• I also run a thank-you Society Organisers Day at the end of the year
when you can come and enjoy a day with us, free of charge

Specific Requirements and Guidelines
Insurance - For the protection of all our visitors a charge of 50p is made in addition to the package quoted to provide public liability cover of up to £5,000,000 per person. Security - Small lockers are available for daily hire - these are suitable for valuables, such as wallets and ideal to share.
Handicaps - All visitors should be in possession of an official Club/EGU/Society handicaps.
Dress - Visitors are asked to conform to the standards expected of members.
Catering - Any specialist catering requirements may be arranged with the caterer directly on 0116 286 4759
